The Get To Know* offer is a special offer for you as an Ambassador Club member. Normally you can enjoy a luxurious stay at one of the 210 participating hotels for 5600 Ambassador points.
When the special Get to Know offer is not available on the date of your preference, it is possible to exchange your Ambassador points for a hotel stay at the Best Available Rate*.
Make your reservation online
Simply choose your destination and arrival date in the booking tool on the right of this page and when you are logged in as a member, you will automatically see the option to redeem your Ambassador points, should your balance of points be sufficient.
Your balance of points is adjusted as soon as you make a reservation for a redeemed hotel stay. Should you cancel this stay according to the cancellation policy of that particular hotel then your points will be credited back to your account.
* Reservations with redemption of Ambassador points can only be made online and are subject to availability. Reservations are not eligible for Ambassador points. This offer is only valid for Ambassador Club members and your Ambassador Club membership card is requested upon arrival.
